In order to achieve the maximum benefit from the application of the concept of community E-Participation. The irrigation public corporation emphasizes the need for commitment of users of e-participation channels available on the platform. In order to provide constructive opinions and comments that contribute to the development of business and improve the services provided by the public organization for irrigation .

The main objectives behind the application of the concept of community E-Participation :

  • Increase interaction between the public organization for irrigation and customers : the community e-participation application allows customers the opportunity to communicate with the public organization for irrigation and express their opinions and suggestions faster and more effectively.
  • Providing the opportunity for customers to participate in decision-making , thus the sense of social responsibility is strengthened and the level of electronic participation is improved.
  • Saving time and effort: the community e-participation application provides customers with the opportunity to participate in the government process without having to go to the concerned authorities, which saves time and effort.
